At Duck World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Duck World account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
